Our signature dishes are rotisserie chicken and crispy fried chicken, each prepared with care and expertise. Our rotisserie chicken is marinated for over 24 hours, then slow-roasted with glutinous rice for tender, flavorful perfection. Our fried chicken, also marinated for 24 hours, is coated in our special house-made batter and fried to golden crispiness. Beyond chicken, we offer a variety of shareable dishes crafted to pair perfectly with drinks, ensuring a complete and satisfying dining experience.

Meet Adam Kim, the young and dynamic owner-chef of Adam’s Chicken & Pocha. Adam moved to the United States at the age of 18 and has been passionately involved in the service industry ever since. With over 13 years of experience in restaurant management and culinary arts, Adam has honed his skills to bring authentic and innovative Korean street food to Flushing, New York.
